You can choose to unpair a device either from the device itself or from the web portal.

To unpair from the device:

1. Open the Neovo Manager application on the device.
2. Tap Unpair
   

To unpair from the Neovo Manager web portal:

1. Click on Device List from the left menu.
2. Select the device you want to unpair, then tap the Unpair button next to it.
