By organizing devices and users into organizations, SI can maintain a clear management structure and control access to devices more effectively.

Organizations help ensure that devices, users, and permissions are managed in a structured and scalable way across the platform.

Feature Navigation

The Organizations page includes the following main sections:

• View Organization’s Devices – View all devices that belong to the selected organization and monitor their status.
• Manage Organization’s Users – View and manage users within the organization, including their assigned roles and activity status.

These sections allow SI to manage both devices and users within the same organizational environment.

Organization Overview

The Organizations page provides a summary of key information for the selected organization.

SI can quickly view:

• Devices – The total number of devices assigned to the organization.
• Users – The number of users associated with the organization.
• Locations / Organizations – The number of locations or organizational units.

This overview helps SI quickly understand the scale and activity of the organization.

Devices in an Organization

The Devices tab displays all devices assigned to the selected organization.

SI can review device information such as:

• Device model
• Connection status
• Device PIN code
• IP address
• Firmware version
• Device location

This allows SI to monitor the operational status of devices within the organization.

Users in an Organization

The Users tab displays all users associated with the selected organization.

SI can review user information including:

• User role
• Number of devices managed
• User activity status
• Last login time

SI can also add new users to the organization from this page.

Role and Permission Management

User permissions within an organization are controlled through Role Management. Roles determine the level of access each user has to devices and system features. For more information about role configuration, see Role Management.
