Remote Monitoring

Remote Monitoring allows SI to view and interact with a device screen in real time.

This feature helps SI diagnose device issues, verify device status, and adjust display settings without needing physical access to the device.

Remote Monitoring is especially useful for troubleshooting devices deployed in remote locations or large-scale installations.

Accessing Remote Monitoring

To open Remote Monitoring:

  1. Navigate to Device List.
  2. Click the Monitor icon in the device row.
  3. The device detail page will open.
  4. Click Remote Monitoring to open the monitoring interface
    The system will display the device screen and control panel.

Device Information

The device information panel provides detailed information about the selected device.

This information helps SI verify device configuration, firmware status, and connectivity.

Device Management Actions

Certain management actions may also be available from the device information panel.

For example:

Requirement
The Firmware Upgrade and Reboot features are available starting from Neovo Manager version v1.2.7. Please ensure your system version is v1.2.7 or later before using these features.
