Issue History

This page helps SI track device events and review device alert history.

Recorded Information

Each event record contains detailed information about the triggered alert. The following information is recorded for every event:

  • Issue Type – The type of event triggered
  • Level – Alert severity level (Warning or Danger)
  • Record – Description of the event
  • Model Name – Device model where the event occurred
  • Time – The exact time when the event was triggered

This information helps SI quickly understand what happened and when the issue occurred.

Filter Event Records

SI can filter event records using the available filters at the top of the page. The available filters include:

  • Issue Type
  • Alert Level
  • Date Range

Using filters helps SI quickly locate specific events or investigate issues within a certain time period.
