Role permissions define what actions users can perform within Neovo Manager. SI can configure permissions for each role to control access to organization management, device operations, and system pages.
By carefully assigning permissions, organizations can ensure that users only access the features necessary for their responsibilities while maintaining system security.
Role permission settings are only available to users with administrative privileges, such as the SI role.
Accessing Permission Settings
- Navigate to Role Management.

- Click Quick Permission Settings.

- Enable or disable permissions as needed.

- Click Save to apply the changes
The permission configuration page is divided into three main sections.
Permission Categories
The permission settings are organized into three categories to simplify management.
- Org Management
- Device Management
- Page Management
Each category controls access to a different part of the system.
Org Management Permissions
These permissions control access to organization-related settings and user management.
Examples include:

Permission settings may appear in three states:
