Notification

You can add recipients either from your organization or external email addresses.

Add Organization Users

To add users within your organization as alert recipients:

1. Click Add User
   
2. Select the user from the organization user list
   
3. Save the configuration
   Once added, the user will receive Danger level alert emails.
   

Add External Email Recipients

If the device manager does not have a Neovo Manager account, you can still add them as an email recipient.

1. Click Add New Email
   
2. Enter the email address
   
3. Save the configuration
   This ensures that external device administrators can still receive alert notifications.
