“AG Neovo always designs products for the user and the environment.” Explained by Kaien Yang, Product Manager of Meetboard 3 at AG Neovo. “For the new Meetboard 3, we have designed a more intuitive user interface for teachers and employees; we have also developed a more flexible and safer file management system for IT administrators. Meetboard 3, you can feel how intelligent it is when you use it.”
Meetboard 3 comes with a wall mounting kit, a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, two stylus pens in the box, a power cord, HDMI, and a USB cable for multi-touch plug-and-play support.
The multi-touch plug and play feature allows you to connect Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome or Android devices to utilize the large display and touchscreen capabilities, without additional configuration.
Meetboard 3 has been treated with an anti-glare coating which offers better eye comfort for students and meeting participants. It also features an EcoSmart sensor that adjusts the display’s brightness level based on current lighting conditions.
The annotation tool allows teachers, students, employees and colleagues to instantly annotate on documents, web pages, images and even videos. They can draw, highlight content with different colors and brushes and directly insert annotated images to the Meetboard Whiteboard App.
Besides that, Meetboard 3 offers a redesigned Assistive Menu that provides instant access to your most frequently used apps and tools. You can also place widgets on the home screen to show important information and quickly access frequently visited web pages.
The upgraded file manager app, Finder, now makes it easier to transfer different files between the board and other devices. The app acts as a portal to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and personal USB drives. You can also access SAMBA shares and FTP servers on Meetboard 3 with local network users in mind to ensure cyber safety.
A single USB-C cable connection provides teachers and meeting attendees the ultimate convenience by delivering audio, video, data and touch functions. They can easily mirror and touch the screen while charging their personal computers.
Wirelessly screen mirroring also works pretty well on the board via AirPlay, Chromecast and Miracast. Using the embedded screen-sharing app, you can simultaneously mirror up to six devices’ screens with different casting modes or sync Meetboard’s screen back on your devices while walking around the space.
Meetboard 3 interactive whiteboards keep classrooms, meeting rooms, and hybrid working spaces organized and uncluttered and allow teaching and meetings to begin immediately.
While you are using essential apps such as Browser, WPS Office and Timer during a meeting, Meetboard 3 can also be adapted for video conferencing with easy third-party app installation. For example, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting or Teams can be installed with APK files alongside a USB-connected webcam.
On the back of the display is a pre-installed wall mount. An optional mobile cart is also available for remote collaborations, which AG Neovo says, “brings your remote or on-site cooperative experience to the next level. Tailored for any scenarios that satisfy your collaborative needs, including meeting rooms, classrooms, coworking spaces, studios, etc.”
Teachers or IT admins in both schools and corporate environments alike can find the new Meetboard 3 useful for idea sharing and collaboration. If you’re interested in purchasing one for the office or classroom, please visit here.
