    Can I install apps to the device?

    Yes, you can. Go to Apps, find the “+” icon, and press it to install the APK file from your USB.

    Why can’t I successfully install the app to the device?

    You cannot install any app while the App Install Restriction Lock is enabled. Please check this setting. Go to Settings → System → Security → App Install Restriction Lock and turn it off.
