Meetboard has its own security settings in the Advanced Settings that help prevent data leaks and potential hacks, and access is protected by a password available only to the owner or IT manager.

Advanced Settings includes the following setting options

• Application Permissions (Microphone & Camera)
• USB Lock
• HomePage mode
• Restrict App Installation
• Refresh Screen
• Restore factory settings
• SAMBA

And here is how to access Advanced Settings:

1. Settings
   Open Settings from Side Menu
   
2. Advanced Settings
   Scroll left side category to Advanced Setting
   
3. Set Password
   For the first time use, user needs to set a 6-digit password, and press finish
   
4. Input Password
   Type in the password to access Advance Settings options
   
5. Settings Options
   Now you can access all the settings in Advanced Settings
