AG Neovo Expands Neovo Manager for More Reliable Multi-Site Signage Operations

Neovo Manager Expanded Remote Display Management for Multi-Site Operations 01

As signage networks grow, teams need to know not only whether a display is connected, but whether it is showing what it should. The latest Neovo Manager capabilities help customers reduce routine site visits, maintain more consistent software environments and identify content issues earlier across distributed deployments.

Remote client updates, CMS control and screen monitoring help teams reduce on-site maintenance, maintain consistent display environments and identify on-screen issues earlier.

    [Global– 2026/11/06]

AG Neovo today announced new capabilities for Neovo Manager, its web-based device management platform for compatible AG Neovo Android displays. Available with Neovo Manager V3.0, the update introduces remote client updates, expanded Android app and CMS control, screen monitoring, black-screen detection and improved reconnection after network interruptions.

Designed for system integrators, channel partners and enterprise teams managing displays across multiple locations, the new capabilities help reduce repetitive on-site work while providing greater visibility into both device operation and on-screen content.

Remote Updates and App Control Reduce On-Site Work

As digital signage networks expand, keeping devices and their software environments consistent can require significant time and coordination. Updating management software, launching applications or changing a CMS individually becomes increasingly inefficient when displays are distributed across customer sites or locations.

Neovo Manager now allows administrators to update the Neovo Manager client remotely from the Device List. Updates can be applied to an individual display or selected displays in batches, helping distributed deployments stay aligned with the latest supported management capabilities without requiring a technician to visit each site.

The update also expands remote control of the display software environment. Administrators can launch an installed Android app and set the primary CMS app for an individual display or selected group. These capabilities provide a more direct way to maintain consistent application and content configurations across supported displays.

Screen Monitoring Adds Visibility Beyond Device Status

A display appearing online does not always mean that the intended content is being shown correctly. Content applications may stop responding, a display may show a black screen, or a temporary issue may go unnoticed until it is reported by someone at the location.

The new Screen Monitoring function gives operators a visual record of what selected displays are showing. When monitoring is enabled, Neovo Manager captures the screen at 30- or 60-minute intervals. Users can review monitoring activity and capture timelines by day, week or month to identify black-screen events, missing captures and other potential content-display issues.

Time-stamped screen captures and issue details can also be exported as PDF monitoring reports. These reports provide a practical reference for troubleshooting, maintenance reviews and communication with customers or operational teams.

By connecting device status with visual evidence from the screen, Neovo Manager helps teams identify potential problems earlier and verify display operation without relying solely on connectivity information or reports from the site.

More Reliable Operations Across Distributed Display Networks
Neovo Manager V3.0 also improves how supported displays reconnect to the platform following temporary network interruptions. Once network connectivity is restored, the updated behaviour helps displays return to Neovo Manager more reliably, reducing the need for manual intervention.

These capabilities build on Neovo Manager’s existing scheduling, group control, device-health alerts and operation records. Administrators can automate power, reboot and input-source routines, apply supported commands to groups of displays, review device activity and respond to operational needs from the same web-based platform.

Together, these tools help IT teams and system integrators manage routine display operations more consistently as deployments grow across locations and customer projects.

With these enhancements, AG Neovo continues to develop Neovo Manager as a scalable management platform for digital signage and professional display environments where operational consistency, content visibility and efficient remote support are essential.

    Availability

The new Neovo Manager capabilities are available in select regions for compatible AG Neovo NSD Series Android-based all-in-one digital signage displays running system firmware version 120 or later and Neovo Manager client version 1.3.19 or later.
