    Important Notice: Neovo Signage Service Transition

    Dear valued customers,

    First of all, we sincerely thank you for your long-term trust and support of Neovo Signage.

    Beginning January 29, 2026, the Neovo Signage service will be managed by Signage Solutions.

    This change will allow us to deliver more innovative and high-quality digital signage solutions, supported by enhanced customer service.

    Key Information for You:

    User Accounts & Content: Your current user account and all managed content will be securely retained during the transition.

    Trial Account Users: Once your account is transferred, you will automatically receive a 3-month onboard period from Signage Solutions before purchasing a license. During this period, you can continue to experience all platform features without interruption.
    *Please note that as part of this platform upgrade, the Trial Version Policy will be adjusted, and your trial duration may differ from before. We encourage you to take this opportunity to fully evaluate the service and complete your preferred license subscription within three months to ensure uninterrupted access after the onboard period.

    If you do not contact Signage Solutions to purchase a license within this period, your account will be suspended once the onboard period ends.
    If you decide not to proceed with the transfer, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted on the transition date.

    License Continuity: All existing licenses will remain active and uninterrupted. Signage Solutions will take over responsibility for service and license provision to ensure a seamless experience.

    Data Privacy & Security: Your data privacy remains our top priority. All information will be securely transferred to and stored by Signage Solutions in accordance with AG Neovo’s high security standards.

     Important Reminder: Please check your email inbox and confirm whether you wish to transfer your account. If you choose not to transfer, your Neovo Signage account and data will be permanently deleted on the transition date.

    No, you can use the same account on Signage Solutions if you already have an account with Neovo Signage.

    2. What will happen to my ongoing contract and license?

    Your contract and license will remain valid until their expiration date, with no changes or impact on your current license terms.

    3. Will the content in my account be deleted?

    No, all the content in Neovo Signage will be transfer to Signage Solutions. All the content and setting will remain the same.

    4. How to purchase or renew license?

    Please contact Signage Solutions for the license purchase and renew information.

    5. I have NeovoSignage app in my display, is it going to be unusable?

    The Neovo Signage app will automatically redirect to Signage Solutions and won’t affect any usage.

    6. If I have a new display and I want to use Neovo Signage, what should I do?

    Neovo Signage will not be available after transfer date. Please use Signage Solutions if you are looking for the same service.

    7. Is there any display from AG Neovo can use Signage Solutions?

    We have a new series of product called “NSD Series Gen 3 and DS series Gen 1”, which is compatible with Signage Solutions software. You can download this app in the Partner App Zone from the NSD Series Gen 3 and DS series Gen 1.
