    Customer Background

The KIRI International Indigenous Cultural & Creative Park is located in Taoyuan’s Qingpu High-Speed Rail business district, near A17 Linghang Station, Gloria Outlets, and Xpark Aquarium in Taiwan. Operated under the Council of Indigenous Peoples, it serves as a key destination for cultural promotion and tourism. The park is dedicated to showcasing the heritage and historical significance of Austronesian Indigenous cultures, offering visitors an immersive experience that reconnects them with Taiwan’s Indigenous identity and its international role.

    Challenges

The park required a stable, flexible, and high-efficiency digital signage system to manage program updates and schedule events. However, the scattered installation points across multiple floors and the wide building layout posed a major challenge for network signal transmission.

    Solution

Working with the partner team Amis Design, the project began with detailed planning and thorough analysis of network signal coverage. To ensure long-term stability and secure system performance, a hybrid “Ethernet + Mesh Wi-Fi” architecture was adopted. A dedicated network was established to support a VPS server and AG Neovo’s NSD-6503 all-in-one digital signage displays, which feature a built-in content management system (CMS) for streamlined scheduling and media updates without the need for external players.

    Implementation

The team first developed and tested the network infrastructure plan in detail. Ethernet and Mesh Wi-Fi equipment were installed to guarantee seamless signal coverage across floors. Finally, the CMS system was configured to enable robust remote management capabilities, including content updates, scheduling, and monitoring.

    Results & Benefits

With the installation completed, park staff can now manage and update signage content anytime, anywhere via a secure dedicated network and stable VPS server. The system not only improved operational efficiency, but also enhanced the park’s cultural presentation and visitor experience, helping spread Austronesian cultural values in a digital, engaging format.

AG Neovo and the Amis Design team will continue to support the park’s cultural mission, injecting new energy into the preservation and promotion of Taiwan’s rich cultural legacy.
