Nestled in the coastal town of Eckernförde, the Technology and Ecology Centre (TÖZ) provides a vibrant environment for over 60 start-ups, freelancers, and event organisers. With its light-filled architecture, lush indoor greenery, and flexible meeting spaces, TÖZ is designed to foster creativity and collaboration.
In early 2024, AG Neovo’s Senior Sales Manager, Thore Peters, moved into a coworking office at TÖZ. Alongside Centre Manager Marko Lubomierski, he quickly identified opportunities to upgrade the facility’s signage, navigation, and meeting technology. This led to a comprehensive collaboration between TÖZ and AG Neovo, supported by the regional business development company, Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft des Kreises Rendsburg-Eckernförde mbH & Co. KG.
TÖZ needed a more dynamic and professional way to help over 60 resident companies promote their services to the centre’s 250 weekly visitors. Static displays and traditional noticeboards lacked visibility and flexibility
To increase promotional reach, TÖZ deployed high-brightness digital signage in public-facing locations, leveraging AG Neovo’s commercial display solutions.
Three 55″ PF-55H high-brightness monitors were strategically installed in communal areas for continuous 24/7 operation. Content is centrally managed via Wi-Fi, ensuring timely updates and consistency.
Additionally, an NSD-5503 display was placed near the bustling KörnerGarten restaurant to further boost tenant exposure.

As a large, multi-use facility, TÖZ struggled to provide clear navigation for visitors, especially during events or when directing guests to conference rooms.
A digital wayfinding system using high-visibility displays and interactive mapping was introduced to guide visitors efficiently and intuitively.
A 55″ PF-55H display was installed at the main entrance, combining promotional content with an interactive building map.
At the entrances of each conference room, four 22″ TX-2202A displays were mounted with flexible PMK-01 brackets and connected to the central content management system (CMS). Future updates will enable touch functionality for live interaction.
Visitor navigation became significantly easier and more intuitive. During AG Neovo’s event in April 2025, the signage proved its effectiveness.
I arrived last-minute and had no time to ask for directions. But the digital signage made it clear exactly where I needed to go—brilliant execution!

TÖZ needed to equip its four meeting rooms with advanced, user-friendly technology to support workshops, hybrid meetings, and large-scale presentations.
AG Neovo implemented a dual solution tailored to room size: interactive smartboards in small rooms and a high-impact video wall in the large conference space.
In two small rooms, 65″ and 75″ Meetboard™ 4 Prime smartboards were installed, offering real-time collaboration via Google EDLA, annotation tools, and built-in 4K AI cameras for hybrid meetings.
In the large room, a 2×2 video wall with four 55″ PN-55D3 displays replaced the outdated projector system. Installed using AG Neovo’s VWM brackets, the wall delivers bright, high-resolution visuals ideal for public events and training.

To meet ergonomic and performance needs, AG Neovo selected 27″ monitors with full adjustability and eye comfort features tailored for coworking environments.
The LH-2703 monitor was introduced in the shared workspace. With ultra-slim bezels, height and tilt adjustability, and low blue light technology, the display enhances both aesthetic appeal and user comfort.
The monitors quickly became a favourite among users.
I was so impressed with the comfort and quality of the LH-2703 at TÖZ that I bought one for my home office. It’s become my standard.
