Weblink is the easiest way to share your screen from your laptop. Users don’t even have to be under the same network environment as Meetboard to share their screen. We highly recommend this way for the first time users, guests and whoever needs an easy process.

Open Montage
Open Montage app on Meetboard and you can see the weblink displaynote.com/join on it
Go to Weblink
Type the weblink displaynote.com/join in your laptop browser and press Enter.
It will automatically redirect to the pairing page as below.
Enter Information
Enter session ID as shown on Meetboard, and your user name, then click Connect
In Lobby
You should see that you join the lobby on Meetboard, then click “Share my screen” button on laptop
Select Screen
Select the tab, window or screen you want to share, check if you want to share audio as well, then click “Share”
Share Screen
You should see your screen on laptop now is being sharing on Meetboard.
