The greatest feature of using Montage application on your laptop, is that you can have touchback control, which means you can directly control your laptop from Meetboard. So you don’t have to walk back and forth between your laptop and Meetboard. Just use your finger and enjoy the smooth control on Meetboard.

Download Montage Application

1. Go to displaynote.com/join in browser

2. Scroll down and you will see the download section. Download the corresponding file for your laptop system

3. Open the downloaded file and follow the installation instruction

1. Open Montage
   Open Montage app on Meetboard
   
2. Open Application
   Open the application on laptop, and enter the session ID & name, then click connect
   
3. In Lobby
   You should see that you join the lobby on Meetboard, then click “Share my screen” button on laptop
   
   
4. Select Screen
   Select the entire screen or window you want to share, check if you want to share audio as well, then click “Share”
   
5. Share Screen
   You should see your screen on laptop now is being sharing on Meetboard
   And now you can use touchback to control your laptop from Meetboard
