![]() AG Neovo SX-Series displays on high alert 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the beautiful city of Seville. At a Glance - Security in Seville Emsevipro Security & Surveillance has helped guard the world-famous city of Seville in Andalucía, Spain for almost 25 years. As one of the first and most reputable security companies in Andalucía, Emsevipro provides a wide range of security and surveillance services to over 250 homes and businesses through C.O.P. (Centro Operativo Principal), their main control centre and base of operations. The Environment - 24 Hours a Day 7 Days a Week The C.O.P. houses one of Emsevipro's primary business solutions: the Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC). At the centre, 42 employees spend a total of over 1,500 staff-hours on average each week monitoring 250 locations with some locations up to 90 kilometres away. Video from these locations is digitally recorded and transmitted in real-time through a secure, dedicated broadband network to the RVRC, where trained personnel watch for suspicious activity. The RVRC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, putting immense demands on all parts of the system. The Opportunity - Fastest Growing Market for Security Systems Spain is the fastest growing market for security solutions with an average 19% growth per year in CCTV system sales. With such massive potential, Emsevipro wanted to show that they were committed to providing the most professional, advanced security solutions available. So when Manual Fernandez, Emsevipro IT Manager, was tasked with upgrading the C.O.P's control room and management system, he went to long-term supplier and partner Armando Fernandez at CCTV Centre to work out a plan to turn the C.O.P. into high tech control centre fit for the twenty-first century. The Solution - AG Neovo SX-Series Displays Armando Fernandez at CCTV Centre helped Emsevipro upgrade to a powerful, state-of-the-art surveillance management system, and one of the key components was AG Neovo SX-Series displays. Beyond the traditional requirements of high screen resolution and long panel lifetime, the SX-Series's multiple I/O ports, including analogue, digital and BNC, made integrating the displays into the system quick and easy. The metal casing also allowed them to mount the displays, ten in total, on the side walls next to the system computers, saving space without having heat dissipation or electromagnetic interference become issues. Perhaps most welcomed of all features, was the NeoV™ Optical Glass, a built-in layer of hard glass that helps protect the display panels from the heavy traffic that comes through the centre every day. The Result - Modern High-Tech Surveillance Centre The newly renovated C.O.P. was met with great excitement by Emsevipro employees. In addition to raising the efficiency of their personnel and providing new solutions, the modern and stylish look of the centre helped make C.O.P. a valuable selling point to customers. As Manual Fernandez says, "The new system shows we are also one of the best and most advanced. The SX-Series was not only valuable in helping complete this system, but also played an important role in creating our centre's modern, high-tech look." |
