AG Neovo to Showcase Cool Brand of Style at "Gumball 3000"

Fast cars, luxury hotels, nightly parties. No other event can nicely embody all these elements of high life in a perfect blend as the "Gumball 3000." AG Neovo, a leading supplier of LCD displays catering to both the professional and consumer marketplace, is proud to have won a role to play in this closely watched annual gala entering its ninth year in 2007.

Since its launch in 1999, the Gumball 3000 has captured public attention through celebrity participation in this high-profile event that combines the racing element with nightly parties and layovers at luxury hotels. A 3,000-mile international car rally that takes place on public roads, it has also attracted coverage on everthing from CNN, MTV and the BBC to Esquire, FHM, and a George Gurley from Vanity Fair, who rode with 2003 winner Alexander Roy through Morocco on the 2004 rally.

"We are thrilled to sponsor this year's Gumball 3000," Jack Yu, Director of Sales and Marketing of AG Neovo Europe, is eager to share his excitement. "The event is all about glamour, excitement and personality, and all these are what we at AG Neovo care about the most."

"Those who find themselves attracted to the Gumball 3000 tend to pursue a unique lifestyle of their own and will not be content with the mundane," he adds. "AG Neovo wants to grasp this opportunity to relay the message that it is a company ready to help them do just that."

As the excitement spreads across continents, a 15-second video sponsored by AG Neovo will be played on a 30-square meter screen in selected locations along the route. To run a total of 76 times in six European countries, it is aimed at expanding awareness of AG Neovo as a brand meant for those who yearn for elegance, affordable luxury, and particularly a lifestyle exclusively their own.

Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper has set a route for the 2007 rally that promises to be an even more ambitious and challenging one than the last. In this year's "around the world" extravaganza slated for April, 120 participating cars will travel from London to Asia and back in just 8 days with a combination of partying, driving, and 'flying' the 3000-mile adventure.

The route will take them from London to Amsterdam, to Germany, where the whole gang gets airlifted to Asia. They then have to find their way back via Istanbul, Athens, Dubrovnik, Bratislava and Berlin, before rolling back into the glorious capital of the British Empire.
